You also give full permission to Dawn Lamprecht R.N., Wellness Coach, Healing Energy LLC, to provide information, stress management instruction, meditation, healing energy work, relaxation techniques, spiritual wellness support, as well as other wellness coaching tools, and education.
You fully take responsibility for any life or health decisions you may make. It is strongly recommended that you see your medical physician and or qualified health care practitioner before you make or do any life-changing alterations to your health and well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is strongly recommended to share with your medical doctor any changes in your diet, any dietary supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, meditation, exercises, or any other alternative health choices you may decide to utilize before including them in your lifestyle!
Dawn Lamprecht R.N., Wellness Coach, Healing LLC is not a replacement for any currently prescribed medical treatments as ordered by your physicians, or any other medical care you may currently have, or treatments that you may be advised to seek by them.
Dawn Lamprecht R. N., Wellness Coach, Healing LLC, is not a medical doctor nor does she prescribe or diagnose any condition that you may have, nor does she make any specific claims regarding results.
By using our services or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read everything listed in its entirety and fully understand and agree to its terms and services. Also, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Dawn Lamprecht R. N., Wellness Coach, Healing Energy LLC, and any affiliations from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my services, information, and/or session(s). You also release Dawn Lamprecht R. N., Wellness Coach, Healing Energy LLC, and any affiliations from any information that is shared, or discussed, or that you may decide to try on your own. You fully take responsibility for any life/health choices or decisions you may make on your own.
You agree on behalf of yourself (and all your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge Healing Energy LLC, and affiliates, related entities, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown).
This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, injuries, costs, or damages which may occur as a result of (a) use of any products, services, or information provided by Healing Energy LLC. (b) web services or facilities which may malfunction, break, or go offline. (c) Negligent instruction or supervision and Consultation (d) Negligent hiring or retention of employees, and/or (e) slipping, tripping, falling, fainting, or any other potential damages by use of any products, services, recommendations, or information provided by Healing Energy LLC
By execution of this agreement, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Energy LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur due to the provision of services, products, or information to you.
You understand that we do not disclose your private information and Healing Energy LLC will make every reasonable effort to preserve the privacy and security of any information shared by you and shall not be liable for any inadvertent disclosure.
In some situations, information about you may be disclosed in consultations with other professionals in order to provide the best possible wellness service, safety protocol, and or emergency care.
Furthermore, Healing Energy LLC may be required by law to disclose your information and report the threat of serious harm to self or others.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit release for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of the Wellness Coach. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. By using these Services, Products or Information, you agree to this release and acknowledge that you understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
